Sanjay Pandey is a highly accomplished professional with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leadership, a Focus on intangibles, management and industrial business solutions, The Desire to See Change, An Affinity for Strategy, Business and Financial Acumen, Formulating career development plans, and many other to help business run efficiently. He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Managing Director of Eyewynk Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a complete industrial business solutions company he founded in 2020.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from South Gujarat University and a Business degree from NIMS, Mumbai. He is a specialized Leadership and Management professional from Harvard Business School U.K. and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB) from TUV SUD South Asia Pvt. Ltd.
He is also a certified lead auditor for SA-8000, certified Lead Auditor for Integrated Management System (IMS), ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000:2004, OHSAS 18001:2004 and a Certified PPA Practitioner for Thomas (PPA).
Further conversion to a Private Limited Company in 2022, Eyewynk Solutions has made its mark in seven states across India. Under Sanjay’s leadership, the company has successfully established itself as a leader in the industrial business solutions industries.

Pari Yadav possess highly important skills such as, Strategic thinking and decisiveness, Market and customer knowledge, The ability to delegate, The ability to attract and retain employees, Clear communication, Attention to detail & more to run a business successfully.
She has completed her Bachelor in Technology degree (CS) from the MDU, Haryana and a Business degree from the SMU.
Back In 2020, Pari put the foundation of Eyewynk Solutions as partnership firm, an industrial business company that offers complete solution. In 2022 the company was registered with MCA and converted into Pvt. Ltd. Company and currently it’s popular as Eyewynk Solutions Pvt. Ltd. At the time, it become Pvt. Ltd. Company, Eyewynk has marked his national existence in 7 states.
Pari has done specialization in Psychology from IGNOU, apart from this she is certified for Yoga & Naturopathy from Indian Institute of Yoga & Naturopathy Sciences.
Operations, finance, and divestments are just a few of the group’s business dealings in that Pari has played a significant role.
Pari serves on the board of trustees for Eyewynk Solutions Pvt Ltd.‘s “Eyewynk Foundation,” a CSR initiative that promotes child nutrition, women’s empowerment, and the upliftment of the disadvantaged in society.
